About the trainer
Kirstie Smith has worked in social care/substance use services as a practitioner, manager and L&D specialist for 20 plus years (but is so incredibly youthful…)
Her training is inclusive, engaging and outcome focussed.
Kirstie has an MSc in Addictive Behaviour and is currently studying Developmental Psychology which gives added depth to the learning sessions.
